Return & refund policy
If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please contact our customer support team. If you have any questions or concerns, our well-trained customer support team will help you in the process.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason and want to exchange or refund, please make sure that the following conditions are met:
- Please make sure you contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods to be returned must be in original condition and include all free accessories.
- Our customer support team did not advise you when you submitted your order, all or part of your order is not suitable for your needs, and we have never expressed concern about the information you submit.
- The product you wish to return is not a product that has been exchanged.
Our return department will process your return within 3 working days after receiving your return. We recommend that you have the mailing certificate presented by the post office, because we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Any postage incurred by returning the goods to us shall be borne by the sender, unless we are at fault, then we will compensate up to $8.50, or hold it as a credit.
*Three or more products require a refund, and each product will incur a repackaging fee of $5.00.
If you need to cancel an order, please submit the contact form or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order. Since we ship items very quickly, even if we receive your cancellation email before you receive the shipping confirmation, your item may have already gone to the courier and cancellation will not be possible.
If your merchandise is lost in the mail, unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund. Instead, these qualified compensation will be provided.
HTVRONT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For problems in the logistics process, we will assist customers in claiming logistics.
For the quality of the product itself, please contact us in time, we will give you a satisfactory solution.
Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we cannot offer refunds once your order is shipped. If you have a problem with your order, please Contact Us to resolve the issue.
Occassionally we will have customers who place an order for materials to make things for their customers on a deadline. There are often unforeseen circumstances such as delays with the courier, products arrive damaged during shipping or we may even make a mistake on an order. We do not offer refunds because your orders did not meet a deadline and we do not offer compensation based on lost revenue due to these unforeseen circumstances. If you are making products to sell we recommend keeping a stock of materials on-hand to ensure you do not encounter this issue. We always have and always will honor our commitment to get you the products you ordered as quickly as possible, but unfortunately unforeseen thing do happen to cause delays on a small percentage of orders.
If you want to change to a higher or lower value product, we will let you make up the extra price, or we will compensate for the cheaper price. There can only be one exchange opportunity per order, and it needs to be before the order is sent.
