HTVRONT CA Warranty Policy

 

Dear Customer:
Thanks for purchasing HTVRONT products. In order to protect your consumer rights and interests, please read this Warranty statement carefully.
This warranty only applies to HTVRONT machine products.

Warranty Service & Period

  • Coverage: This warranty applies to machines purchased from the HTVRONT Official Online Store.
  • Warranty Period:
    • 1.Machine: Your HTVRONT machine is covered by a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase.


    • 2.Other Accessories: Accessories (e.g., heat press mat) are covered for three months from the date of purchase.

    • 3.Consumables: Consumable materials are not covered under warranty as they are subject to normal wear and tear. Once opened, consumables are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

 

Warranty Service Details

If a manufacturing defect, functional failure, or missing part occurs during the warranty period, HTVRONT will provide a replacement with a new original or functionally equivalent model. HTVRONT will cover two-way shipping costs for warranty service.

 

  • 1.Final determination of warranty coverage or part replacement is subject to HTVRONT official customer service.

Warranty Service Requirements

1.Please use the original packaging or packaging with the same protection while returning the machine for recycling or repair.
2.To request warranty service, please provide your purchase order number and a video demonstrating the fault.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, HTVRONT is not responsible for the Warranty in the following situations:
1.Malfunctions caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by consumers;
2.Malfunctions caused by unauthorized repair or disassembly by individuals not authorized by HTVRONT.
