Introduction: When used with sublimation, images can be printed onto sublimation paper using an inkjet printer and then transferred onto HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) through heat pressing.

Features: vibrant colors; strong adhesion; easy weeding and cutting; easy release of protective film.

Applications: Suitable for cotton fabrics, including cotton shirts, bags, pillows, socks, and more.

Styles: light color gloss; light color matte; dark color gloss; dark color matte.

Instructions: The vinyl cutter suitable for creating heat transfer vinyl (HTV) patterns for sublimation printing. Apply the sublimation HTV to the garment using a heat press (same as regular heat transfer vinyl: 150°C, 15 seconds), then peel off the carrier sheet while it's still warm or after it cools. Next, use sublimation transfer to transfer the design onto the sublimation HTV (same as sublimation process: 200°C, 40 seconds).

1. What is the difference between clear sublimation vinyl and sublimation spray?

Sublimation htv and sublimation spray both help to sublimate on cotton fabric. But sublimation spray easily causes uneven coating and gets yellowing or fading after washes, while sublimation vinyl is durable enough to withstand repeated washes and outdoor elements such as sun exposure and rain without fading, yellowing, cracking and peeling. 2. What’s the difference between sublimation HTV for light fabrics and dark fabrics

The sublimation HTV for dark fabric is designed to work on both dark and light colored pure cotton fabrics, while providing a silky and soft touch to sublimation patterns. It is thicker than regular HTV and may have a more plastic feeling, but it delivers vibrant colors when sublimated.

3. Can I use my inkjet printer for sublimation htv?

Our sublimation clear HTV vinyl cannot be used for printing. It is suitable for all pure cotton fabrics, you can use this sublimation vinyl heat transfer on cotton T-shirts, bags, pillows, socks, customize your own color.

4. How to use clear sublimation htv vinyl for sublimation?

Following steps are for your reference. 1. Mirror a design on computer and then cut the design on sublimation htv by a cutter. Matte side is cutting side. 2. Set heat press to 392-400°F, preheat clothing for 2-3 seconds and position sublimation htv on it, glossy side facing up. 3. Apply HEAVY PRESSURE for 8-10 seconds, then peel off clear protective film while still hot. 4. Print the mirror design on sublimation paper, and trim out the design if needed. Then place the design FACE DOWN on clear heat transfer vinyl for sublimation. 5. Set heat press to 374-400°F, apply HEAVY PRESSURE for 40 seconds, then hot peel sublimation paper.
