How long is the warranty for the Refurbished D1 printer?

All refurbished HTVRONT D1 printers include a 6-month limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and dead-on-arrival (DOA) units, provided the issue was not caused by misuse.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal use are expected on refurbished units and are not covered.

Does the refurbished machine include a used printhead?

No. Every refurbished D1 comes with a brand-new, genuine printhead. Only the outer housing may be refurbished. All core components are factory-tested to ensure performance matches that of new machines.

Is there any difference between a refurbished D1 and a new D1?

No. Refurbished units use original, factory-standard components and undergo the same printing and quality tests as new machines. Their print quality and performance are designed to match those of new units.

Where do refurbished machines come from?

These units may include display models or shipping-damaged returns. Any faulty parts are replaced with new, genuine components before the units pass a full factory inspection and testing.

What if the printer arrives DOA? Who pays shipping?

If the printer arrives DOA, contact support within 7 days of delivery. HTVRONT will cover return shipping costs. Customers can choose either a full refund or one free replacement.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Refurbished printers do not support returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons. Only verified quality issues or DOA cases are eligible.

Do bulk or commercial orders include warranty coverage?

The RIP software is free and requires a dongle to function. The dongle allows you to switch between multiple devices freely. However, RIP software is to extract the image for printing. You will need to edit your designs in Photoshop or Canva.

Can the RIP software run on a MacBook?

No, the RIP software is only compatible with Windows OS.
