HTVRONT SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Options and Freight Terms


1、We ship mainly through four carriers: YunExpress / USPS / FEDEX / UPS.

2、Delivery time: Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that this timeline extends to the next business day in case of a holiday.
3、Holiday Notice: During peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday, order processing may experience delays. We highly recommend selecting Express Shipping for faster delivery during these periods.



Shipping Notice

  • Oversized Items (e.g., DTF Machines): These require truck delivery. It may take 3-5 business days to prepare the dispatch after ordering. Delivery may require an in-person signature. Please ensure your phone availability for scheduling.

  • Pre-order Items: Please refer to the estimated shipping timeline on the product page. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will arrange shipment promptly and notify you.




About Delivery Address


1、Machines cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. A residential address is required.

2、Delivery is available only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Final availability will be shown at checkout.

3、Please double-check your cart items and delivery address before placing your order.

4、Orders cannot be modified or canceled directly through the website after placement. If you need to change the address or cancel, please contact us via email at support@htvront.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order is shipped.

5、For orders with incorrect addresses (e.g., mismatched zip code and city), we will notify you via email. Please reply with the correct address within seven business days. Otherwise, the order will be refunded by default. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered orders due to address errors.

Tracking Order


1、After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a shipping notification within 5 business days, please contact our customer service.

2、Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you can track the status of your order.

3、If the order shows signed but not received, please contact us at support@htvront.com within 7 days of the delivery recommended by the carriers. Otherwise, we will not assume any responsibility.

4、If the product has any damage when you receive it, or the product inside is missing, please contact us at support@htvront.com immediately when receiving the package with the order number and relative pictures / or a video.
