Notes:

  • When the heat press temperature is higher, the pressing time should be shorter.
  • For puff heat transfer vinyl, please peel off the PET film immediately after ironing to ensure proper puffing effect.
  • Fabrics with a high cotton content are not recommended for sublimation, as the colors may not be vibrant and could fade after washing.
  • For garments with higher thread counts, firmer textures, or coarser weaves, it's recommended to use higher pressure for better pressing results.

FAQs:

  • For optimal ironing results, it is recommended to use HTVRONT materials. If the transfer effect is poor with the recommended settings, please adjust the temperature (±5°C/10°F), time (±5s), or pressure as needed.
  • If DTF transfer results are unsatisfactory, check each factor individually to ensure the printer, ink, hot-melt adhesive, and DTF film are functioning properly, and verify that the correct application steps are followed.
