Firmware Update Issue

If the firmware update fails, causing power, USB connection issues, or showing "LOKLIK_REFRESH_USB" on the update screen, you can use our flashing tool to update the firmware and activate your device.

Windows:

Step 1: Please download the driver first to facilitate the operation of the flashing tool.

Step 2: Use a USB cable to connect your device to the computer and turn on your device. If your device cannot be turned on, you can still proceed.

After completing the driver installation, download the flashing tool:

FlashTool_1.3.3_x64-setup.exe

Mac:

FlashTool_1.3.3.dmg

Flashing Steps

1. Step 1: Connect Device - Use a USB cable to connect your device to the computer and turn on your device. If your device cannot be turned on, proceed to the next step.
2. Step 2: Open Flashing Tool - Launch the tool, select your device, and click "Next".
   
3. Step 3: Select Firmware - Choose the latest firmware version, then click "Download". If you have already downloaded the firmware, click "Update".
   
4. Step 4: Start Flashing - Click "Flash".
   
5. Step 5: Port Discovery - Ensure your device is turned on, then click "Port Discovery" to find the port.
   
6. Step 6: Begin Update - Once "COMx" appears, click "Flash" to start the update. Release the power button only after the progress bar reaches 100%.
   

After completing these steps, press the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn on your LOKLiK Crafter™ and continue creating!

Port Discovery and Firmware Update For LOKLiK Crafter

Port Discovery: Long press the power button for 2–5 seconds on your device, and click "Port Discovery" at the same time to find "COMx".

Begin Update: Once "COMx" appears, long press the power button and click "Flash" to start the update. Release the power button only after the progress bar reaches 100%.

After completing these steps, press the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn on your LOKLiK Crafter™ and continue creating!
