Parties to the Terms: You (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and [HK SIJIU INTERNATIONAL SHARE CO.,LIMITED (the “Company”)] and its affiliates/operators (“we”, “us” or “our”)

 

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Subscription and Purchase Terms (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “the User”or “your” ) and us regarding your subscription to, purchase of, access to, or use of paid subscription plans, paid assets, paid features, and other paid digital content or digital services within LOKLiK IdeaStudio, HTVRONT IdeaStudio or IdeaStudio (hereinafter referred to as “IdeaStudio” or “the Product”). For the purposes of these Terms, “you/User” refers to any individual who subscribes to, purchases, accesses, or uses paid subscription plans, paid assets, paid features, or other paid digital content or digital services within IdeaStudio, including yourself; if you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, it refers to both you personally and that organization.

These Terms supplement and form part of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other rules, notices, page disclosures or supplemental terms presented to you when you purchase, subscribe to or use paid content. If these Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use with respect to subscriptions, purchases, billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, content licensing or commercial use rights, these Terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

By clicking “Start Free Trial”, “Subscribe”, “Purchase”, “Confirm Payment”, “Buy Now” or any similar button, completing an in-app purchase, or otherwise accessing or using paid content or paid features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.Users may cancel their subscription at any time by clicking the “Subscription Management” button on the “My Account” page in IdeaStudio. The specific steps for canceling a subscription depend on the payment method used when purchasing the subscription. For detailed instructions, please refer to Section 8 of these Terms.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 “Subscription” means a recurring paid plan, whether monthly, annual or otherwise, that gives you access to certain premium content, templates, AI benefits, paid features or other subscription benefits within IdeaStudio during the active subscription period.

2.2 “Free Trial” means a free access period offered to eligible users before a paid Subscription begins. A Free Trial may still require you to complete the normal purchase flow, bind a valid payment method or authorize payment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Free Trial will automatically convert into a paid Subscription.

2.3 “Individual Purchase” means a one-time purchase of specific content, content packs, templates, images, embroidery patterns, fonts, shapes or other digital content within IdeaStudio. An Individual Purchase only unlocks continued in-app access to and use of the relevant content within IdeaStudio, and does not include source file download, local export, copyright transfer, ownership transfer or digital content redistribution rights.

2.4 “Content” means images, project templates, fonts, shapes, graphics, embroidery patterns design elements, text, software elements and other digital materials made available through IdeaStudio. Content may include official content, third-party content, or content from other lawfully licensed sources.

2.5 “In-App Use” means use only within IdeaStudio, including viewing, editing, designing, saving, combining, adding to canvas, and making, cutting, printing, embroidering, heat pressing, drawing or otherwise using the Content through IdeaStudio and compatible devices. In-App Use does not include downloading, exporting, copying, extracting or transferring any source file or standalone digital file to local storage or any third-party platform.

2.6 “Source File” means any original, editable, reusable, extractable, downloadable, exportable or redistributable digital file, including SVG source files, PNG/JPG/PDF high-resolution files, DST or other embroidery files, font files, project files, template files, layered design files, editable files, content packs, design packs or any other files that can be used independently outside IdeaStudio.

2.7 “Finished Product” means a physical product created by materially processing, combining, cutting, printing, embroidering, heat pressing, drawing, engraving or otherwise making Content subscribed to or purchased within IdeaStudio through IdeaStudio and its specific compatible devices, including without limitation cards, stickers, apparel, home décor items, gifts, crafts, embroidered products, heat-transfer products and printed products.

2.8 “Standard Commercial License” means the limited commercial use license under which you may use eligible Content to create and sell Finished Products within the scope and quantity limits set out in these Terms.

2.9 “Extended Commercial License” means a separate written commercial license granted by us if you wish to exceed the quantity, channel, use or scale limits of the Standard Commercial License.

3. Subscription Plans and Paid Benefits

We may offer monthly, annual or other Subscription plans. Available plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, trial eligibility, automatic renewal terms, subscription benefits, content scope, AI benefits, tax information and cancellation methods will be displayed to you before you confirm your Subscription through the subscription page, purchase page, checkout flow, in-app purchase interface or relevant platform purchase interface.

Unless otherwise stated on the purchase page or in a specific plan description, Subscription benefits may include access to premium content, AI-related features, discounts, offers for certain individually purchased content, and other benefits that we may make available from time to time.

A Subscription only grants you a limited right to access and use the relevant paid content and features during the active Subscription period. A Subscription does not transfer any Content, software, Source File, copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual property right to you.

We may update, replace, adjust, remove or discontinue Subscription benefits, Content library items, features or page displays for technical, operational, licensing, legal, compliance, security, content management or business reasons. With respect to core benefits already paid for during your current billing period, we will provide notice, reasonable alternatives or other appropriate remedies where required by applicable law or platform rules.

4. Prices, Taxes and Platform Differences

The price displayed before you purchase is the current price for the applicable plan or Content. Prices may vary depending on country or region, payment channel, currency, platform, app store, tax rules, promotional offer, payment method or other applicable factors.

Purchases on desktop may be processed through Stripe or another payment service provider selected by us. Purchases in the iOS app may be processed through Apple App Store in-app purchase. Purchases in the Android app may be processed through Google Play. Due to differences in Apple, Google, Stripe, taxes, exchange rates, platform price tiers, platform commissions and payment rules, the same or similar plan may be priced differently across different channels.

Unless the purchase page expressly states that the displayed price includes taxes, VAT, sales tax, consumption tax, digital services tax, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees or other government or third-party charges may be calculated at checkout or charged by the relevant payment platform.

You should carefully review the plan name, price, currency, billing period, trial period, automatic renewal terms, taxes and cancellation method before completing any purchase.

5. Free Trial

We may offer eligible users a Free Trial, such as a 30-day Free Trial. Free Trial availability may depend on your region, account status, device, payment method, promotion, platform rules, prior usage history and our anti-abuse controls.

Unless otherwise stated, a Free Trial is generally available only once per user, account, device, payment method, household, organization or other reasonably identifiable user unit. We may refuse, revoke or limit Free Trial eligibility where we reasonably believe there is abuse, repeated registration, billing avoidance or violation of these Terms.

If a Free Trial requires you to bind a payment method or authorize payment, you will generally not be charged the Subscription fee during the Free Trial period. Unless you cancel before the Free Trial ends, the Free Trial will automatically convert into a paid Subscription at the end of the free trial, and you will be charged according to the plan, price, billing period and applicable taxes disclosed and confirmed before you started the Free Trial.

If you do not wish to continue with a paid Subscription, you must cancel before the Free Trial ends in accordance with these Terms and the applicable platform rules. If you cancel before the Free Trial ends, you will not be charged for the first paid Subscription period. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by clicking the “Subscription Management” button on the “My Account” page in IdeaStudio. The specific steps for canceling a subscription depend on the payment method used when purchasing the subscription. For detailed instructions, please refer to Section 8 of these Terms.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated on the purchase page, under platform rules, or in a specific plan description, Subscriptions automatically renew. By starting a Subscription or a Free Trial that converts into a Subscription, you authorize us, Stripe, Apple, Google or the applicable payment service provider to charge your payment method automatically according to the billing period and price of the selected plan until the Subscription is cancelled.

Monthly plans generally renew monthly. Annual plans generally renew annually. The exact renewal date, renewal amount, currency, taxes, payment method and subscription management path will be shown in the purchase flow, order confirmation, account page, App Store or Google Play subscription management page, Stripe customer portal or another applicable channel.

Where required by applicable law, platform rules or reasonable business practice, we will provide subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, Free Trial ending reminders, payment failure notices, price change notices or other subscription-related notices.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the “Subscription Management” button on the “My Account” page in IdeaStudio. The specific steps for canceling a subscription depend on the payment method used when purchasing the subscription. For detailed instructions, please refer to Section 8 of these Terms. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law or platform rules.

7. Payment Channels and Platform Rules

You may complete subscriptions or purchases through the payment channels supported by us, including but not limited to desktop payments processed by Stripe, Apple App Store in-app purchase, Google Play payments or other payment methods that we may support from time to time.

Orders purchased on desktop may be processed by Stripe or another payment service provider. Stripe may provide subscription management, payment method management, invoices, subscription cancellation or refund processing functions. As a third-party payment service provider, Stripe will process payment-related information under its own terms and privacy rules.

Orders purchased through Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s applicable App Store, In-App Purchase, subscription, cancellation and refund rules. Subscription management and refund requests for such purchases usually must be handled through your Apple account or Apple’s designated channels.

Orders purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s applicable payment, subscription, cancellation and refund rules. Subscription management and refund requests for such purchases may be handled through Google Play or an applicable channel provided by us, but the outcome may be affected by Google Play rules.

If platform rules or payment service provider rules differ from these Terms, and the purchase was made through that platform or payment service provider, the mandatory rules of that platform or payment service provider may prevail for that purchase. We may adjust, revoke, restore or terminate the relevant paid benefits according to the refund, reversal, chargeback or cancellation result of the applicable platform or payment service provider.

8. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. The cancellation path depends on the channel through which you purchased the Subscription:

(1) if purchased on desktop or through Stripe, you may cancel through IdeaStudio’s account/subscription management entry, the Stripe customer portal or another subscription management path provided by us;
(2) if purchased through Apple App Store, you should cancel through your Apple account subscription settings;
(3) if purchased through Google Play, you should cancel through Google Play subscription settings or another path provided by Google;
(4) we also provide subscription management entries under "My Account > Subscription Management" in IdeaStudio, which redirects users to the appropriate management page based on their purchase channel.

After cancellation, unless otherwise required by applicable law, platform rules or expressly stated by us, you will generally continue to have access to your paid Subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. After the current billing period ends, Subscription benefits will stop, and you may no longer access paid Content or paid features included in the Subscription for new designs, making or printing.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period. If the subscription is canceled during the free trial period, the user will not be charged for the first billing cycle, and therefore no refund will be issued. Refunds are governed by Section 12.

We recommend that you cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. If you cancel after the renewal date, the cancellation will generally apply to the next billing period unless applicable law or platform rules provide otherwise.

9. Price Changes and Plan Changes

We may change Subscription prices, Individual Purchase prices, plan benefits, billing periods, promotional offers, Free Trial eligibility or other commercial terms from time to time.

For new purchases, changed prices and terms generally apply from the date they are displayed or become effective. For existing Subscribers, we will provide notice through email, in-app notification, account page, payment platform notice, app store notice or other reasonable means where required by applicable law or platform rules.

If a price increase or material billing change requires your consent under applicable law or platform rules, you may be required to confirm whether you wish to continue the Subscription. If you do not consent, your Subscription will be cancelled or expire at the end of the then-current billing period.

Promotional prices, discounts, coupons, Free Trials or limited-time benefits apply only for the period and under the conditions expressly stated. After the promotional period ends, the Subscription may automatically renew at the standard price disclosed before purchase or the then-applicable price.

10. Individual Purchases

We may allow you to purchase certain Content individually outside of, or in addition to, a Subscription. An Individual Purchase unlocks access to and use of specific digital content within IdeaStudio.

Once an Individual Purchase is completed and unlocked, you may continue to access and use that Content within IdeaStudio while your account remains active and the Service remains available, subject to these Terms, the commercial license rules, prohibited use rules and applicable law.

An Individual Purchase does not transfer any ownership, copyright, trademark, design right, source file right or any other intellectual property right in the Content. It does not include any right to download locally, export source files, resell digital content, redistribute, sublicense or use the Content outside IdeaStudio.

If individually purchased Content needs to be removed, access-restricted, replaced or discontinued due to third-party rights complaints, termination of authorization, illegality, regulatory requirements, technical reasons, security risks or other reasonable reasons, we may take appropriate measures and provide reasonable explanations, substitute content or other appropriate handling where required by applicable law.

11. In-App Use and Commercial License for Content

Whether you access Content through a Subscription or unlock specific Content through an Individual Purchase, you receive only a limited license to access, edit, design, save, make and print such Content within IdeaStudio. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and subject to these Terms.

All Content is generally for In-App Use within IdeaStudio only. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not download, export, extract, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, screen-record, store or otherwise obtain any Source File, standalone digital file, editable file, font file, template file or other file that can be reused outside IdeaStudio.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use eligible Content to create Finished Products and sell those Finished Products within the scope of the Standard Commercial License. If any additional restrictions are specified on a particular Content page, in a third-party rights holder’s statement, in an authorization label, or in other notices, such additional restrictions shall apply in conjunction with these Terms; in the event of any conflict, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific Content page, the Standard Commercial License allows you to sell up to 10,000 units of Finished Products created using IdeaStudio Content per account per rolling twelve-month period. If you wish to exceed this quantity limit, or use Content for mass production, enterprise procurement, brand collaboration, bulk manufacturing, B2B bulk fulfilment or other high-volume commercial uses, you must obtain our prior written Extended Commercial License.

Subscription Content and individually purchased Content are subject to the same In-App Use and commercial license rules. The only differences are how access is obtained and how long access lasts: Subscription Content may be accessed and used only during the active Subscription period; individually purchased Content may be accessed and used within IdeaStudio while your account remains active and the Service remains available.

Finished Products lawfully created and sold during an active Subscription period in compliance with these Terms will not become unauthorized solely because your Subscription later expires, is cancelled or terminates. However, after the Subscription ends, you may no longer access Subscription Content for new designs, making or printing.

Users acknowledge and agree that certain Contents may be removed, replaced, restricted, or have their licensing terms modified due to third-party licensing agreements, copyright complaints, expired licenses, regional restrictions, compliance requirements, technical limitations, or other reasonable causes. We will provide necessary explanations or take reasonable measures within the scope required by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy

Unless required otherwise by applicable law or platform rules, we apply a unified refund policy to IdeaStudio Subscriptions, Individual Purchases, AI benefits and other paid digital content or digital services.

Individual Purchase：Once you have obtained in-app access to paid content, paid Content or paid features, payments are generally non-refundable merely because you changed your mind, did not fully use the benefits, no longer need the content, forgot to cancel, misunderstood that source files could be downloaded, misunderstood that the Content could be used outside IdeaStudio, or for other non-quality-related reasons.

Subscription：Cancellation of a Subscription does not mean a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, future renewals will stop. Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, the current paid billing period will remain available and will not be automatically refunded.

If you cancel during the Free Trial period, you will not be charged for the first paid period, so there is generally no refund issue.

Regardless of the purchase channel, if any of the following occurs, we will provide a refund, re-credit, service extension, repair, replacement, reactivation or other reasonable remedy as appropriate:

(1) duplicate charges;
(2) verified unauthorized transactions;
(3) successful payment but benefits not delivered;
(4) purchased or Subscription benefits are technically inaccessible;
(5) the content or service has a material defect, is unavailable, or clearly does not conform to the purchase description;
(6) applicable law or platform rules require a refund;
(7) other special circumstances where we determine that a refund or remedy is appropriate.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law or platform rules, refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

(1) you change your mind after obtaining in-app access to the Contents or benefits;
(2) you do not fully use the Subscription benefits or Content;
(3) you forget to cancel a Free Trial or automatic renewal;
(4) you mistakenly believe Content can be downloaded locally but we clearly state that it is for in-app use only;
(5) you violate these Terms, abuse Free Trials, share accounts, circumvent technical restrictions or infringe third-party rights;
(6) you cannot use the Product due to your own device, network, operating system or third-party service issues, while the Product itself remains available;
(7) you request a mid-cycle refund for the current billing period and the circumstances do not fall within a legal or platform-required refund case.

Refund Process: If you purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests generally must be submitted to Apple and will be handled under Apple’s policies. If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests may be handled through Google Play or an applicable channel provided by us and may be affected by Google Play refund rules. If you purchased on desktop or through Stripe, refund requests will be handled by us or the relevant payment service provider in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

13. AI Features and AI-Generated Content

We may provide AI-assisted design, AI image generation, background removal, image enhancement, style conversion or other AI-related features. AI features may be subject to usage limits, Subscription level, fair use rules, region, platform, technical capabilities, safety review or additional AI terms.

You are responsible for prompts, images, text, Content, data and other inputs submitted to AI features. You must not input or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights, trade secrets or other lawful rights of any third party. You must not input unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe or otherwise inappropriate content, or personal sensitive information or third-party personal information without a lawful basis.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI terms and applicable law, you are also responsible for ensuring that your inputs, outputs and use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable law.

If AI-generated content includes or incorporates IdeaStudio Content, it remains subject to the In-App Use, commercial license, prohibited use and third-party rights restrictions under these Terms.

If we determine that AI inputs, outputs or uses may be unlawful, infringing, in breach of these Terms, or create safety, compliance, reputational or legal risks, we may restrict, remove or block such content, suspend or terminate access to relevant features, or require you to stop using the output.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

(1) download, export, extract, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, screen-record, store or otherwise obtain any Source File, standalone digital file, editable file, font file, template file or other file that can be used outside IdeaStudio;
(2) sell, resell, share, distribute, upload, transfer, rent, lend, sublicense or otherwise make available the Content itself;
(3) offer Content as SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, DST, font files, template files, project files, editable files, design packs, content packs, AI prompt packs or other digital products;
(4) upload Content or substantially unmodified Content to any third-party POD platform, content marketplace, template marketplace, stock platform, embroidery file store, design asset platform or similar service for resale or redistribution;
(5) use Content to build, train, expand or operate a competing content library, template library, font library, AI dataset, design tool, SaaS service or similar service;
(6) use Content as the primary element of a trademark, logo, brand identity, service mark, trade dress or other source-identifying element;
(7) remove, obscure or alter any watermark, copyright notice, rights-management information, metadata or technical protection measure;
(8) share, rent, sell, lend or transfer accounts, create accounts in bulk, abuse Free Trials, use automated tools to access, scrape or download content, or otherwise circumvent fees or license restrictions;
(9) use Content, AI-generated content or Finished Products in unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or otherwise harmful materials;
(10) use Content in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, collaboration, affiliation or authorization by us, an artist, a third-party rights holder, brand owner, public figure or other third party where no such relationship exists;
(11) engage in any other conduct that violates applicable law, platform rules, app store rules, these Terms or any other applicable policy.

These restrictions are intended to protect rights holders’ control over reproduction, adaptation, distribution, display, communication and licensing of Content.

15. Complaints, Removal and Appeals

If any rights holder or third party believes that Content, user content, AI-generated content or Finished Products made available through IdeaStudio infringe copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights or other lawful rights, they may submit a rights complaint through the complaint channel provided by us.

If we receive a complaint, regulatory notice, platform review request, or otherwise determine that relevant content may be unlawful, infringing or in breach of these Terms, we may take measures including removal, access restriction, suspension of use, replacement of Content, requiring you to stop using the Content, account suspension, account termination, removal of related materials, or cooperation with platform or regulatory handling.

If you believe our action is incorrect, you may submit an explanation and supporting materials through the appeal or customer support channel provided by us. We will handle the matter reasonably based on applicable law, platform rules, proof of rights, your explanation and business circumstances.

16. Account Use, Restrictions and Anti-Abuse

Subscriptions, individually purchased Content and other paid benefits are personal to the purchasing account and may not be transferred, shared, rented, sold, lent, sublicensed or made available to multiple unrelated users, organizations or business entities, unless we expressly agree in writing or provide a specific team or enterprise plan.

You must not use multiple accounts, false identities, shared payment methods, virtual devices, automated scripts, bots, crawlers, reverse engineering, API abuse, cache extraction or other means to circumvent Free Trial limits, payment restrictions, access restrictions, technical protection measures or license restrictions.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may monitor, record and analyze account usage, Subscription status, purchase history, access logs and related technical information for security, fraud prevention, copyright protection, anti-abuse, billing management, entitlement verification and compliance purposes.

If we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, abused the Service, infringed third-party rights, engaged in fraud or created security risks, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to paid content or paid features and may refuse refunds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Content Availability, Updates and Service Changes

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of IdeaStudio and paid content, but we do not guarantee that all Content, features, third-party services, compatible devices, payment channels or platform functions will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, maintain, adjust, replace, suspend or discontinue Content, features, Subscription benefits payment channels or services for operational, licensing, technical, legal, security, content quality, user experience, platform rule or business reasons.

If such changes materially and adversely affect core paid benefits already purchased by you, we will provide notice, alternatives, compensation, refund or other reasonable remedies where required by applicable law or platform rules.

18. Invoices, Billing and Receipts

For orders completed on desktop or through Stripe, we may provide billing records, receipts or invoices according to actual supported functions. You should submit invoice information through the page instructions or customer support process.

For orders completed through Apple App Store or Google Play, bills, receipts, invoices or payment proofs are usually provided by Apple or Google, and we generally do not issue invoices within the Product for such platform orders.

You must ensure that your invoice, tax, company name, address, email and other information is true, accurate and complete. You are responsible for consequences caused by incorrect information provided by you.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data related to subscriptions and purchases in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Third-party payment service providers, app stores, platform service providers or other vendors may independently process your payment, billing, device, transaction or subscription information under their own privacy policies and terms.

20. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaStudio, Subscription benefits, individually purchased Content, AI features, content libraries and other paid content or services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that any Content, AI-generated content or Finished Product will be suitable for your specific commercial purpose, accepted by any third-party platform, registrable as a trademark, free from all third-party claims, or compliant with every specific legal requirement in your industry, country or region.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of Content, AI-generated content and sale of Finished Products comply with applicable laws, platform rules, industry rules, intellectual property rules, advertising rules, product safety rules and other relevant requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data or third-party claims arising out of or related to Subscriptions, individually purchased Content, AI features, use of Content, sale of Finished Products or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the relevant Subscription or purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the relevant paid content or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, updated Terms apply to new purchases, renewals, Subscriptions, Individual Purchases and continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms. For the current billing period already paid for, we will handle any material adverse changes in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop purchasing, subscribing to or using the relevant paid content, and may cancel your Subscription in accordance with these Terms.
