Instructions for Handle Tumbler
Step 1
Before ironing the 40oz tumbler with handle, please remove the handle with a screwdriver first;
Step 2
Put the sublimation paper in the sublimation printer with its rough surface upward, print the image out, dry it, and cut it out to fit the tumbler size. If you need to transfer the image to cover the tumbler fully, prepare 3 sections of sublimation paper (upper, middle, and lower sections);
Step 3
Clean and wipe the tumbler, and attach the design tightly to the tumbler with heat-resistant tape. It is recommended that the image be stuck in the order of lower, middle, and upper sections.FAQ

What is the after-sales policy? How can I get technical support?

How to achieve the best heat transfer result?
A1: For optimal transfer result, please use the HTVRONT 40-oz tumbler with a handle.
A2: Use the sublimation printer for printing and ensure the printed image is completely dry before transferring;
A3: Trim the printed paper to fit the tumbler—leave about 1 cm extra in width and avoid exceeding the top edge in length;
A4: Ensure the printed design wraps tightly and evenly around the tumbler with no gaps, then secure it firmly with heat-resistant tape;
A5: Wrap the tumbler with the heat press pad, making sure it’s fully covered, and place it into the heat press with the open end facing up; A6: Avoid directing fans or air conditioning toward the device during heat pressing.
Why does the device emit slight smoke during or after ironing?
It is normal as sublimation ink will sublimate into gas at high temperatures.
What needs to be paid attention to when replacing the heat plate module?
A1: Please replace the heat plate mat module when it is completely cooled down;
A2: Be sure to wear heat-resistant gloves when replacing;
A3: Align both rails of the module with the track marks on the device when inserting;
A4: Push the pad in firmly until a “click” sound is heard.
Why is my fully-warped design missing or faded, especially vertically or near the top/bottom edges?
A1: Make sure the sublimation paper lies flat and snug against the tumbler—no wrinkles or gaps;
A2: Don’t leave excess paper at the top or bottom edges. Align the design edge closely with the rim and base to avoid folding or misprints;
A3: Avoid overlapping the paper too much at the seam—trim it just right for a clean joint or a slight overlap to reduce spacing issues.
What to do if the transferred image is too dark and yellowish?
A1: Please press the "Start" button within 10 s after putting the wrapped tumbler into the heat plate;
A2: Please take out the tumbler and heat press mat within 10 s after the countdown ends.
How can I avoid ghosting or dark lines when sublimation paper overlaps during a full-wrap transfer?
A1: Cut the sublimation paper to the exact length of the tumbler so there is no overlap.
A2: Stick a strip of heat-resistant tape on the back edge of the paper to block excess ink transfer in the overlap area.
What to do if there is powder or residue inside the 40-oz handle tumbler?
This is a normal condition for manufacturing. Please wash the tumbler before use.
