How to use a hat press

To use a hat press, first preheat the machine to the recommended temperature for your material (usually between 320–350°F for most transfers). Place your hat securely on the lower curved platen, ensuring it’s smooth and wrinkle-free. Position your design or transfer on the desired area of the hat. Lower the top platen and apply firm, even pressure for the recommended time (usually 30–60 seconds). Once done, lift the platen, remove the transfer backing (if applicable), and let the hat cool before wearing. Always follow manufacturer instructions for best results.
