【iOS/Android】How to update the firmware of LOKLiK iCraft

Firmware Update Instructions

  1. Step 1: Find and connect the machine you need to update in "My Device" - Tap "Firmware Update".

  2. Step 2: Press the machine's "Power" button twice, and the machine's Bluetooth light flashes blue.

  3. Step 3: Tap "Next" to enter the download page.

    Note: You can switch to updating a different machine by tapping the device card.

  4. Step 4: Select the firmware version and tap "Download" to update.

    Note: If the updating process takes more than 2 minutes, please try to re-update the firmware.

  5. Step 5: The machine will restart automatically after updating successfully. If not, please re-update the firmware again.

Important Notes

  • Keep the device connected, the machine powered on, and Bluetooth enabled during the update.

  • Firmware updates require 5.0 Bluetooth transceivers.

  • Ensure the machine is within 5 meters of the phone.

  • If the machine fails to connect via Bluetooth, please restart the machine and try again.
